Rev. Gretchen Robinson served as an interfaith chaplain for the hospice at Community VNA of Attleboro, Massachusetts.  She worked there for six years before retiring in April, 2012.  She graduated from Andover Newton Theological School, Newton Centre, Massachusetts in 2006 with an MA in Psychology and Religion. She also served as minister of Channing Unitarian Universalist Church, Rockland, MA for two years.

Gretchen holds an MA in English: Creative Writing from Boston University and is a writer and published poet. At mid-career she led writing programs and workshops on creativity in her home, libraries, museums, and prisons. Earlier in her life, she had trained as an RN and worked five years at a state cancer hospital (Pondville Hospital, now closed).  She is married to Rev. Bill Robinson. Presently she is a co-mentor for Class 17 of the Humanist Institute, a 3-year, post-graduate program to prepare future humanist leaders.
