Dr. Hillman is Professor of Psychology at the Pennsylvania State University, Berks Campus.  Dr. Hillman is a licensed Psychologist in the state of Pennsylvania and is a specialist in Geropsychology.  Her areas of interest include sexuality and aging, HIV/AIDS, and sexual problem behaviors in long-term care.  Dr. Hillman received her doctoral degree in Psychology from the Derner Institute of Advanced Psychological Studies at Adelphi University in New York.  After completing a respecialization in Clinical Psychology at the Derner Institute, including training in Geropsychology at the Long Island Jewish Hospital Medical Center, New York, and the Coatesville, Pennsylvania, Department of Veterans Affairs, Dr. Hillman served on the faculty at DeSales University.  She has been awarded Fellow by the Gerontological Society of America, and has published numerous books and articles including the text, Clinical Perspectives on Elderly Sexuality.  Dr. Hillman is currently Professor of Psychology at the Penn State University’s Berks Campus in their Applied Psychology program.
